Delivery on orders over £75.00 is free of charge.
UK shipping
We use a tracked service with Evri and standard shipping times are 3-5 working days.
Please note, once your order has left our head quarters, we have no control over it's whereabouts. Tracking information will be provided if the appropriate service has been used at the checkout.
International shipping
International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and/or signed for (dependant on the recipient country).
Delivery times will vary based on the destination & we can provide a tracking number upon request. Please note, there may be additional charges to be paid upon delivery (see Duties and handling fees below).
International delivery charges range from £10.00 - £20.00
European Shipping
European orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and/or signed for (dependant on the recipient country).

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
Duties and handling fees
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.
